SDS Help Please. Crashes Making Game UNPLAYABLE

The crashes have gotten worse today. @Victor_SDS_PSN can something please be done?

It’s crashing every time I try to start a Diamond Dynasty game against the CPU. These crashes are making the game unplayable and no one has responded to any of the support tickets I have filed.

Please do something.

Need to do something. Seriously. I cannot perform a hard reset on my console to fix this every time.
