I think instead of just the choice between a 2-way Pitcher/Hitter, or the choice of one or the other, there could be multiple creation spots to create multiple players rather than just be stuck with one. I think it adds more to RTTS and adds more creativity with the players you create.

A really needed feature would be to create more than one player to track. That would allow you to create a slugger/outfielder, an infielder and a pitcher and track their progress.
