Is This A Known BR Glitch?

So I was playing someone who had a WS banner and a flawless icon, but that’s beside the point.

What happened is after I took the lead, in the bottom of the 3rd I selected my pitch but he was pausing as I did that. When he unpaused I couldn’t pause myself or complete the PP motion, the only button that registered was the Xbox button. He proceeded to bunt dance then I sent him a message saying I’d wait for him to back out, which he promptly did.

Is this a glitch or tactic that’s used often? Maybe he was salty because I only have a 5-2 RS record lol.

Hitting pause while people are pitching? Nah… no one ever does this. First time I have heard of anyone trying to cheat and glitch out the game by hitting pause. No one except for people below the age of 8 would do something like this.

I’m surprised he left lol. It was probably unintentional. it’s happened to me in a few event games. Every once in a while stepping off the mound fixes it but it’s just a crab chute sometimes

I'm pretty sure if he was trying to freeze you and glitch you he would not have agreed to back out and take the loss

If this is besides the point why mention it??

Clearly by you making this statement to open you statement indicates it carries some value and you were trying to indicate that this players success is somewhat shady considering the events that occurred.

No one has ever mention a glitch like yours so likely a one off and that the player agreeing to leave the game shows that this player is likely not a toxic player like you are trying to insinuate here

I mentioned it just a few days ago. I know no one reads my threads but just chiming in to give some weight to the post here.
