I thought, after a week of non-stop play, my hitting would improve. I know it doesn’t help that my reflexes are garbage (disability issue), but does anyone have any advice on avoiding swinging early? Judging when I should swing for a “good” or perfect”... My judgements might be 40/100.</p>

The best suggestion I have is repetition. Your timing will improve with time. Challenge Of The Week is a great way to work on your timing, pitch recognition, and feel for the strike zone.</p>
