First off, are 99 Trout, Tatis, and JRAM (PTOM) available in BR? I know that Mantle is, but not sure about Trout.
Second: How should I go about my draft? Is it better to get a diamond pitcher, maybe with the 3rd diamond round?

When it comes to drafting, it's kind of personal. I would not draft a diamond SP but I would draft a diamond bullpen arm IF it's a dominant guy like Wagner or Goose. Other than that you want to look for lower tier bronze and silvers who have good power numbers, because BR is a homerun derby.
