I really wouldn't care because a win is a win; but both times it would've be credit towards a Daily or Program Mission.

Quit complaining about something so random.

This is one of the most valid things that people can actually complain about. People are constantly losing prestige stats, daily missions, and program missions because sore losers can't wait a extra few seconds to quit the game.
