The only two pitchers I can safely say are staying in my rotation are Sale and Seaver. Everyone else is rotated in and out because I struggle with them and they run out of stamina, so I employ a 10-15 man rotation. I only keep one SP with full stamina in my rotation, the other 4 are always players recuperating stamina between games, so I have a strong bullpen in case it all goes bad for the starter.

Finally, always remember - With the new pace of play rules, the role of my relievers is changing, those one out lefty specialists have gone the way of the dodo.
