<![CDATA[Prime and Sig Series question]]>I feel like I remember SDS mentioning this in a past live stream, but I'm not sure.

What years are prime and sig series cards based off? For example: are prime cards based on the best 3 year stretch of a career by war? Are sig series based on the whole career or a number of selected best seasons?

(asking because I'm trying to make ratings calculators)
