<![CDATA[I hope TA4 isn't the finest program, change my mind!]]>I would rather see a top tier Award/Prime/Sig card for each team. There is a hefty mix of flashback and legend cards that could be stuck in there. How about a sweet Carlos Gonzalez GG from 2010 or a CY deGrom etc.

This way the Finest program doesn't include any Future Star cards like a 99 Anthony Santander (no offense Oriole fans). Finest can be strictly for the best position players and pitchers.

Why do they have to be a 99? There were FOTF that weren't 99.

Because where the life cycle of the game is and making them worse cards then TA3 would make people livid.

I’m pretty sure TA4 is finest for that reason. They’ll give each team a super juiced card. In the context of the game, it will just be another made up card with fictional maxed out stats, much like the prospects, future stars, topps now, POTM and 2020 postseason cards we’ve seen.

It will probably be an anti climax to the season, as we’ve now got many versions of current day players who have received a card for a single game, series, or AB that apparently qualifies them for a better card than the best card of Ruth, Gehrig, Griffey and many other HoF calibre players. The Finest would have to literally have maxed out stats across the board to stand out, which is even more unrealistic in my view.

The game itself makes people livid. Participation Finest cards for every team IMO was dumb last year. I would rather not have a repeat of the same program from last year.
