BenQ RL2455 question

This monitor doesn’t have a game mode. What settings are you guys using?
-
As long as you keep "Instant mode" on, you're fine. That is the equivalent of game mode for Benq monitors.

FPS and instant mode on

Thanks appreciate it

If a monitor does 144hz, should one set it to 60hz because that’s what the PS4 does natively? Do non-native frequencies cause lag?
-
Monitors usually dont have a game mode. Game Mode is on TV's that have all the theatrical settings to make TV shows and Movies look smoother and better. By using Game Mode it takes most those setting and turns them off. Monitors are already set up for PC and gaming use.

Out of the 6 monitors I have owned over the last 3 years and about amother dozen I have used in builds I havent noticed any that had any particular mode for gaming unless it was a workstation monitor. Usually those are higher priced Dells. But if you have a monitor that had a game mode then by all means I would use it.
